Thanks. I realize you were really just doing the WordPress community a service by encouraging us to update our PHP versions. 🙂

Natalia NeiraParticipantHi there,
OK, I changed the URL in the Eventbrite website. Luckily we had that URL already in the Eventbrite settings page on our website. Unfortunately, after saving & attempting to get authorization, I got the same error message.
This is the error message again:
“The application you’re trying to use has made an invalid request to Eventbrite. Please contact the application developer.”Please help!
Natalia NeiraParticipantHere is the screen shot you asked for:

Also, can you please make sure the system notifies me of responses? I never received a notification that you responded to my last submission last week, and I make sure the notify me box is checked.
Thank you!
Natalia NeiraParticipantComputer won’t let me paste the screen shots, but here’s their URLs on our server:

Maybe I need to be logged into Eventbrite under a different account? Even though I’m the administrator, there use to be a different administrator who may be integrated into the plug in from the back end? That person left the company 3-4 months ago, and then their account was deleted and mine was made admin. Let me know. Below is the exact error message:
“The application you’re trying to use has made an invalid request to Eventbrite. Please contact the application developer.”
Thanks!
Natalia NeiraParticipantAlso, I should note, I’m logged in as administrator on Eventbrite. So I can’t understand why I don’t have permission to access the page.
Natalia NeiraParticipantthe url is lapena.org, I removed the widget because I did want to have old events in my home page.
here is a screen shot. Let me know if you need something else

I think I am having the same problem. I use to have the ticket box, but I recently updated to the 3.2. versions of the calendar, eventbrite and calendar pro and the ticket box disappeared. Our account with eventbrite is with the .comNatalia NeiraParticipantThank issue is solved. You can close it
Natalia NeiraParticipantHello folks,
I solved the problem I was having by reconnecting the plugin. Go to your profile page in your WordPress site. At the bottom, you will find a eventbrite section. Follow the link to get the api key. Then add the key in the field.
I hope this helps.Natalia NeiraParticipantProblem solved. Sorry for the inconvenience, I know that you are swamped with posts.
Natalia NeiraParticipantThanks Leah, I got it to work.
Natalia NeiraParticipantThank you. It worked. Modern Tribe Rocks!
