ParticipantI can’t unzip it! See screenshot of results from Win-Zip. Is there a better program I could use for un-zipping?
I read through your article on Manual Plugin Installation, and have a question: where to find my FTP program?

ParticipantHi, Patricia! I was so excited to receive your response and tried to install the new extension file, using the plugin installer. However, I got the following message:
“The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” What went wrong?September 13, 2018 at 9:53 am in reply to: How to install upgrade to 4.4.32 on Staging/Dev Site #1621022ncbaroqueorchestra
ParticipantI did forget a step…I forgot to log onto your site to deactivate from the staging site. Did that and the license is back where it belongs…on the main site! Thanks for your help.

ParticipantImmediately after sending you the previous message, I tried again (4th attempt) and it worked! However, I now have an active license on the test site and not on the main site…how do I get it back? Tried to deactivate on the test site, but still get: “You are using The Events Calendar PRO but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one”. on the main site (ncbaroqueorchestra dot com).
Is there a time lapse, or something? Or did I forget a step?
Trying to get this finished before we lose power as result of Hurricane Florence!September 13, 2018 at 9:25 am in reply to: How to install upgrade to 4.4.32 on Staging/Dev Site #1620815ncbaroqueorchestra
ParticipantI followed instructions to deactivate the license on the main site (ncbaroqueorchestra dot com) and activated it on the test site (ncbostagingsite.ncbaroqueorchestra dot com). I then went to the plugins page, where I saw:
“There is a new version of The Events Calendar PRO available. Update now to version 4.4.32.” I clicked on that and received the following error message:Error Message: “Update package not available”
What did I do wrong? This method sounded so much easier than the alternative of installing it manually.ncbaroqueorchestra

ParticipantElementor/EC problem fixed by BlueHost Chat tech:
Tech: “Looks like I found the issue with memory. It’s the WordPress memory that is not set in config. file for the Staging site”
Me: I checked it and it is now working fine…what a relief!

ParticipantI enabled the Geocoding API and…you were right of course…found lots of errors. Now, what can I do to correct them?

ParticipantI installed the extension you mention above. Now, when I click on the pin for Raleigh, NC, I get the following:
Music of Palestrina, Monteverdi – Raleigh [Event Title]
Bach’s Coffee Cantata – Raleigh [Event Title]
Address: 120 E. Edenton Street [Event Address]What I would like to see is:
Music of Palestrina, Monteverdi – Raleigh, [Event Title] 10/12/18 [Event Date]
Bach’s Coffee Cantata – Raleigh, [Event Title] 2/23/19 [Event Date]
Christ Church Episcopal Church, Raleigh, NC [Venue Name, City, State]I would then be able to remove the city from the event title, which was a clumsy workaround!
I think this is the part that needs to be edited:

ParticipantI finally found the screen shown in your screenshot. Here is mine. Does it tell you anything?

ParticipantThanks, Victor, but I can’t find the “Dashboard” in this screenshot? Is it on my site or Google’s?
btw, I have a Google API, in Events/APIs/GoogleKeysAPI. Do I need another one?ncbaroqueorchestra
ParticipantI added the code as above. However, I am unable to find the Debug log file, which was supposed to have been created.
I went through several searches using Calendar and Map Views. In Calendar View, a search for “12/2018//Messiah// finds all instances of Messiah in December, but with a calendar heading of “Events for September 2018”. All other searches failed to produce any results, including “9/2018//Purcell//Columbia, SC” In Map View “12/14/2018//Messiah//Wilmington, NC” produced no results.
