ParticipantRename the /tribe-events/ folder to something like /z_tribe-events/
This did not fix the errorRemove or comment lines 148 – 151 of your functions.php file
Remove or comment lines 194 – 225 of your functions.php file
I removed both of these are the same time and this fixed the issue. So the issue conflicting is somewhere in this code. The goal of this code was to move the ticket box to just under the description/body text.It was wrote back when we were using “woo tickets” plugin instead of “event tickets”. Can you help me convert it to work properly for event tickets?
Also, under the /tribe-events/ folder there is a folder called “woo-tickets” with some customization to make the default ticket to 1 instead of zero and change the language from ticket to register. Can you check to make sure that it is compatible with event tickets instead of woo-tickets.

I went through as much as I have the capacity to on the genesis integration document that you provided.
naturalepicurean
ParticipantYes,
I am sure it is a Genesis integration because when I switch back to 2015 it works.
Attached is the CSS and PHP in my child theme’s “tribe-events” folder

Participant1. 2.2.5 the most recent
2. yes, see attachment
3. I updated woocommerce to 2.5.5 most recent that this didn’t not solve the issuehow can I send you the PHP and css file?

ParticipantSo what I ended up doing was changing from the custom full width to default page template and then pasting the “ALL EVENT TEMPLATES” snippet from https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/genesis-theme-framework-integration/
Looks like the custom events template that we were using was causing conflict.

ParticipantI found a temporary fix
1. turn off “auto complete woo-commerce”
2. edit in woo-commerce
3. un check managed stock
4. set stock to “in-stock”That at leaset gets me the registration button but no longer get to use stock feature.
