ParticipantI’m having this exact same issue. This must have happened just after the last upgrade. Just noticed today when I created a new ticket and then needed to go back and change the date. I wasn’t having any problems with this until the most recent update.
I am running 4.12 of Event Tickets Plus and 4.12 Event Calendar Pro

MemberHi James. Thanks for sharing your information.
I just tested with the latest versions of all our plugins and am not experiencing this. As such, Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Cliff
I am running the most recent version of the event calendar plugins. See images.
When I switched to Twenty Fifteen and now the edit button works. I assume this means a conflict with Genesis.
Running
Version 2.2.6 | By StudioPress | Visit Theme SiteWord press 4.4.2
I believe there are new versions of both of them.
Testing this on a staging site since I can’t change the site on production.
What are next steps?

MemberIt’s always best to have the latest version of the theme too. Please update to Genesis Framework / parent theme version 2.2.7, released March 7, 2016. You can download it from your account at http://my.studiopress.com/downloads/
However, I don’t think v2.2.6 to v2.2.7 will solve your specific issue.
Are you using a Genesis child theme?
Do you have all non-Modern Tribe plugins disabled?
What exactly happens when you say you can’t edit tickets — cursor and keyboard cannot change them or the changes you make don’t get saved or something else?
If the issue remains, feel free to record a short video demonstrating the issue(s). You can easily record your screen with CloudApp or Jing.
