Hi Cliff

I am running the most recent version of the event calendar plugins. See images.

When I switched to Twenty Fifteen and now the edit button works. I assume this means a conflict with Genesis.

Version 2.2.6 | By StudioPress | Visit Theme Site

Word press 4.4.2

I believe there are new versions of both of them.

Testing this on a staging site since I can’t change the site on production.

What are next steps?

I am having the same issue about the customers getting a ticket number and order number. I can’t seem to find anything about ticket numbers in the system.
