ChristopherParticipant
I switched themes and nothing changed. I deactivated all plugins except yours and the calendar disappeared completely.
ChristopherParticipantThe client is reporting another issue regarding recurring events:
“In the month calendar view of September’s activities the recurring events are not showing? Curious.
So I went into settings and upped the recurring events to go out 5 months in advance. No dice.Next, I checked a particular recurring event (Ohanafit Plus) which is not showing to see if the recurrence is set past September. It is set through December but it’s not showing on the Sept calendar in any view style.
I also just noticed that events that recur indefinitely (River City Taps) are showing in fall calendars so that might troubleshoot the issue for now unless Modern Tribe can fix the bug. Please follow up with Modern Tribe at your earliest convenience unless you’re seeing another possibility.”
Any ideas?
ChristopherParticipantThat’s interesting because in this forum thread one of your associates, Cliff, confirms this as a known bug.
ChristopherParticipantIt’s only when I click “See All” for a recurring event. List view starts with today’s date as it should. I do see there are other forums related to this topic.
ChristopherParticipantI’m sorry, I just Deleted WP Super Cache and the events do seem to be chronological now. However, it is also showing recurring events which have passed. How do I only display upcoming events?
ChristopherParticipantHi,
I just updated the plugin and the recurring events are STILL not chronological. It has now been almost three months since this thread was started and the issue is still not resolved.
ChristopherParticipantHi Andras,
It is a Windows server and the issue is still persisting. Yes, I tried clearing my browser cache and deactivating WP Super Cache.
ChristopherParticipantAny updates?
ChristopherParticipantThe client informs me both old and new.

I switched to the twentysixteen theme and the problem still persists.

I wasn’t able to use those functions in my page.php but when I edited the single-event.php in the tribe events templates my code worked there for some reason.

Why would you make it so this plugin can’t use the default WordPress functions that is something I’m sure a large number of people would want to do.
