    Hey there,

    I’m just wishing to report that I’ve experienced the same issue with my event. Tickets are getting unique security codes and all the information is correct, but there are some that have the same ticket number.
    I believe that this is also causing the system to miscount how many tickets have been sold which is a real concern as if I hadn’t noticed I may have oversold the event.

    If you could let me know when this is likely to be resolved that would be great!

    Hey George,

    thanks for getting back to me. I managed to work out what the issue was and it’s quite embarrassing! I’d unchecked ‘enable stock management’ in the inventory settings of WooCommerce, and this meant that it wasn’t limiting the number of tickets.
    I found out that if I tried creating a ticket using RSVP rather than WooCommerce it did correctly limit the numbers, so I knew that it must have been an issue with how WooCommerce was set up.

    thanks for your reply.

    I’ve just been looking at the themer’s guide and found the template email code that I could edit to change the ticket appearance.
    Would it be possible to have a customised ticket for each event though? Or is it only possible to customise the default?
