ParticipantDear The Events Calendar,
I recently purchased Event Tickets Plus and am hoping to be able to personalise the ticket that is sent out to my customers. Specifically, I would like to include sponsors on the ticket itself.
If you could let me know how to customise my tickets in this manner that would be great.

I would love to help you with this topic.The good news is that our plugin is built in a way that allows customizations.
This is achieved by a combination of things. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
As you will see, there is a full section on how to customize tickets.

I’ve just been looking at the themer’s guide and found the template email code that I could edit to change the ticket appearance.
Would it be possible to have a customised ticket for each event though? Or is it only possible to customise the default?Thanks,

The short answer is yes, it would probably be possible to code this as a template customization by adding conditionals in your code to tackle the different tickets you have.
With that in mind, just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
