I have updated to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for me but it doesn’t works yet.

I have installed bare WordPress installation with tweenty fifteen theme.

I have disabled all plugins except the plugin Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus.

But not happens nothing.

Please I need sincerely a refund.

I have performed all support suggestions, disabled all plugins, change the theme for tweenty fifteen..

I need to deliver the project to my client and I ‘m having problems in the installation, I do not imagine the process of sending email with QR could be lose other day…

Please a real solution .
