    I cannot believe this has been up for 24 hours now with no response. This link is live to buy today, going out in our email newsletter, and getting posted on FB. While I have noted on the website that people will have to buy their adult and child tickets separately. This will definitely create a POOR user experience for all of our customers. Thank you for your help with that.

    I don’t know what you can’t replicate? Go to the website and see that it says 50 tickets left. By today, they are all actually sold so there are 0 tickets left.

    I don’t know how to do the debug thing. I’m not sure where to find the config file. I’m an implementer not a developer. I’ll start digging around though…

    Shortly after taking all of those steps – the plugin must have reset itself, because the missing order is now appearing and other orders were placed last night that came through successfully. I’m considering this resolved.

    I have no idea how to do the WP Debug thing. I’ll need some time to sort that out. I have done all of the deactivating of themes and plugins and the problem is still occurring.

    The farm hasn’t opened yet so there are no other tickets that have been purchased to test that option.
    I did all of the troubleshooting steps before submitting the ticket with regard to plugins and theme. I have not made any template customizations to the Events Calendar.

    Here is the short code I entered on the home page:

    I’m not sure what you mean by activating a “Maintenance page” plugin for working on live site.
    I am working on a live site and do not have a staging environment.
