    We have adult and child tickets. When you change the ticket number up to 1 for adult, it automatically grays out the option to buy any other type of ticket. It does NOT allow you buy both kinds of tickets at the same time.

    We experienced this for past sales for our farm dinners but that was manageable with only 50 tickets total. THIS event has 150 tickets and MANY will be buying for both adults and children. This will be hugely inconvenient and needs to be looked at right away.

    Thanks in advance for your help. I have double checked all of my settings with your documentation on setting up ticket sales and all looks good.

    I cannot believe this has been up for 24 hours now with no response. This link is live to buy today, going out in our email newsletter, and getting posted on FB. While I have noted on the website that people will have to buy their adult and child tickets separately. This will definitely create a POOR user experience for all of our customers. Thank you for your help with that.

    We apologize for a bit of delay in getting back to you. Do bear in mind it may take us between 24-48hs before we respond. It generally is much faster than that, but we are dealing with a high volume of threads at the moment and we are slowly getting back to normal response times.

    What you are experiencing for the ticket quantity selectors is the default functionality when selling tickets using Tribe Commerce. Tribe Commerce uses the PayPal cart which only allows adding one ticket at a time.

    If you’d like to purchase multiple tickets in the same order, you can do so if you sell tickets using WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads plugins. You can learn more about this in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ecommerce-settings/
