    Hi Jaime, I do use “required” but is there a way to validate what the user has entered on any of those form fields?

    Using Pro version for any larger organization makes that plugin not work (even if it did survive the 4.x updates for theeeventscalendar).

    Many larger organizations have multiple organizers, this could be considered basic functionality to notify just the event organizer and not a bunch of other organizers.

    I get complaints that they don’t want registration emails from other events and rightly so 😛

    So please get over to the Tribe user voice forum and vote for this one if you want it! (it’s currently low priority)

    Additional questions per event, shown in attendees list and export is going to help my clients tremendously!

    We have been waiting, sometimes not so patiently.

    A temporary solution (workaround) is really needed, any tips?

    Hi Allison, this question was just asked twice today and surely will be answered soon by the exceptional Tribe forum staff.

    (IMHO) That feature is often requested and certainly in the works according to Tribe staff forum replies.

    wootickets v 3.12 Was hoping that additional fields per event, per registrant would be here in this new release?

    Here’s the release notes, but I’m not sure what to do with it or if it’s just preparing for that feature to roll out soon?

    Katrina, your request is much wanted among the community and my understanding is that it’s being added to wootickets.

    I was hoping the recently released wootickets v 3.12 would have it?

    I do see this in the release notes, wondering if we can accomplish adding extra fields per event using these hooks and how?

    Rob I’m so glad you landed in this thread and posted your fine work! That workaround you posted is super helpful, now I’m going to try to get those extra fields per ticket to show up in the “attendees” list and csv export!

    Another vote for the much needed show/export all/any fields on attendees report, configurable and clickable with GUI.

    ALSO Custom fields on wootickets, each ticket should have custom fields to be attached so the customer can fill out their name and meal preferences upon checkout and have THAT in the attendees list as well.

    Tried all 3 steps of conflict testing from that link you gave me.

    Report: Single incorrect map listing showing venue near St. Louis still exists.

    Hosting: Dedicated server on shared account, CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 standard, PHP Version 5.5.26 running Apache 2.4 in RUID mode with Suexec.

    You can see the issue here:
    http://dev.conductingenergy.com/events/map/ (it will change soon), deleting any venue, just makes the next venue pointer move near St. Louis. None of the venues are or have ever been near St. Louis.

    Found the proper method for customizing ticket emails and got the end date in there.
    Copied /public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/tickets/email.php to /public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/canvas/tribe-events/tickets/email.php

    The trick was to find the template file you need to customize inside /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/ and copy it over to /wp-content/themes/yourthemename/tribe-events DROPPING the /src/views/ part and replicating the folder structure inside that.

    NEXT email template mod needed:
    The URL given at the bottom of the email is to the website, instead it would be more helpful to point to the event page that the ticket was purchased from. One click would remind them of all event details from their email.

    Right now the function to print the URL is: home_url() is there a function to print the actual event url?

    The events calendar v3.10.1

    Want to customize the email template (it only states the start date/time, need the start and end)

    You mentioned “For the email, this will be /tickets/email.php”

    There is no directory named tickets inside the plugin /public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar

    I cannot find email.php to copy it to the themes and start customizing.
