February 21, 2018 at 3:00 am in reply to: if I delete the ticket in Admin->Woo->Orders, it still gets listed. #1459548KulwinderParticipant
You can see it here:
https://dev.sleeplateandhike.com/eventdates/mt-tamalpais-matt-davis-to-steep-ravine/Using this page.
I have added a var_dump to Tribe__Tickets__Tickets::get_event_attendees( $post->ID );
The data shows the ticket status as trash, instead of completed for two tickets.
But, I see no logic to filter only by order status completed.ID );
$var_dump = var_dump($attendees);
foreach ( $attendees as $key => $attendee ) {
$count = 0;
if ( isset( $attendees_list[$attendee[‘attendee_id’]] ) ) {
$id=$attendee[‘attendee_id’];
$id_array = array_column($attendees,’attendee_id’);
$count = array_count_values($id_array)[$id];
$attendee[‘guests’] = $count;
// $var_dump = var_dump($attendees);
if ($attendee[‘guests’] > 0) {
$attendees_list[$attendee[‘attendee_id’]] .= ‘‘ . $attendee[‘nickname’] . ‘ +’ . $attendee[‘guests’] . ‘‘;
} else {
// $attendees_list[$attendee[‘attendee_id’]] .= ‘‘ . $attendee[‘nickname’] . ‘‘;
$attendees_list[$attendee[‘attendee_id’]] .= ‘‘ . $attendee[‘nickname’] . ‘ +’ . $attendee[‘guests’] . ‘‘;
}
}
}foreach ( $attendees_list as $attendee_id => $avatar_html ) { ?>
February 19, 2018 at 11:13 pm in reply to: Event – change Attendee's name using "Update Tickets" #1458312KulwinderParticipantThanks, that allows attendee name editing.
But, if I delete the ticket in Admin->Woo->Orders, it still gets listed.
“You have 13 Tickets for this Event Date. View your Tickets”
I only have 3 tickets, but all deleted tickets are counted.Also, the show attendees shortcode [tribe_attendees_list event=””] shows a total of 13.
It does not appear that the attendees list is being updated from Woo.
February 17, 2018 at 10:21 am in reply to: Event – change Attendee's name using "Update Tickets" #1456473KulwinderParticipantWe know how software development works. I have been writing software for 25 years.
So, let me tell you how website operations works. I need a fix in hours, not some distant year, or month in the future.
I have events every SINGLE DAY, were this bug is DESTROYING my reputation amount my almost 10,000 users.
It is costing real money in extra customer service that I cannot afford long-term.
I will need to make a decision to remove all your plugins in a few days and switch to a company that cares about my users as much as I do.
We need a fix THIS WEEK.
USERS NEED TO BE ABLE TO UPDATE THEIR TICKETS EVERY SINGLE DAY, NOT JUST SOME DAY WHEN YOUR DEVELOPERS CAN FIND THE TIME.
THIS SHOULD BE FIRE DRILL WITH ALL HANDS ON DECK.

January 29, 2017 at 10:09 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1226033KulwinderParticipantI am getting 984 of the above messages for every run of AG. All of them in the same second:
grep -nir “16:02:00” /var/log/apache2/error.log | wc -l
984January 27, 2017 at 5:58 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1225515KulwinderParticipantI upgraded, deleted all my apache2 logs and restarted.
I now see this new error in /var/log/appach2/error.log coming from a for loop your cron job:

So I deleted these 4 old daily cron jobs that did not get deleted in the plugin GUI.
I will see how it goes tomorrow.
January 21, 2017 at 10:37 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1221989KulwinderParticipantAnd, I see that the only daily cron job was not deleted, even after I deleted it in the plugin GUI.

I deleted 4 of these cron jobs.
January 21, 2017 at 10:06 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1221985KulwinderParticipantI am seeing this fatal error every 45 minutes. I am running the import every 30 minutes, so suspect 30 minutes actually becomes 45 minutes in your AG plugin:

January 16, 2017 at 9:26 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1219431KulwinderParticipantI deleted all the events in your plugin, and deleted the scheduled 30 minute import.
The Events preview worked and the old events came in without error.
Added a new event on meetup.com
It works now. All events are imported with out error.
I see three green check marks for the last 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The “when” column in history is correctly showing the right import run times.Thanks for your help so far.
Next, I will try to re-activate plugins to see if there are any plugin integration issues.
KulwinderParticipantLets close this thread with datepicker fix.
January 15, 2017 at 3:25 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1218830KulwinderParticipantI recorded 7374 error messages from tribe plugins in about a 24 hour period.
Every few seconds a flood of messages. Crazy.This is an INSANE about of log spam. You should be releasing plugins with zero stack traces.
Print the same message once, and then stop. Yes, I do have global php settings to only print only one time.
But, there is no reason your errors cannot be rate limited if they are not unique.I am a Linux kernel programmer. If I did this amount of printing to a log in the kernel, I would crash the kernel.
My disk, CPU and memory bandwidth is for my users, not sloppy plugin writers.
Attached are all the tribe messages in the debug log.January 14, 2017 at 8:26 pm in reply to: import failed: import record must be finalized before posts can be inserted #1218705KulwinderParticipantBut, I don’t see a snowshoe event posted a couple of days ago. So the auto-update is still broken.
KulwinderParticipantI don’t see a snowshoe event posted a couple of days ago.
KulwinderParticipantUpgrading to EC Pro 4.4 released a few days ago fixed:
1. Migrate iCal Importer Settings Button does not work. Does not go away.
2. None of the Question Mark icons can be clicked on for help. They do nothing.
5. Events are not updated.But, Exclamation Mark alternately indicated the events have not been “finalized” or “Import Failed”.
