    when i go to the shop page i see the product and can add to cart. when i check out i get this error “The ticket: General Admussion, in your cart is no longer available or valid. You need to remove it from your cart in order to continue.’

    To clearify, The view all doesnt work at the bottom of the month view. Also, the dropdown menu to switch between views also doesnt work to switch to any other view. it just jumps back to month view every time

    Hi,
    So I updates my theme, and the problem returned. I repeated the testing for conflicts procedure. This time when I reverted to the twenty sixteen theme the problem persisted.

    Actually the problem only resolved temporarily…. maybe i didnt have the right plugin identified..

    Thank you for your help. I followed the testing for conflicts procedure and I narrowed it down to WP Bakery Page Builder. A plugin that I wasnt even using!!! I think it came automatically installed..
