On the single event page the buy ticket button does nothing. I have a ticket setup on the event but nothing. The single even page looks the same as always.

Participantwhen i go to the shop page i see the product and can add to cart. when i check out i get this error “The ticket: General Admussion, in your cart is no longer available or valid. You need to remove it from your cart in order to continue.’

Sorry to hear you have hit up against some difficulties.
When I view this event I don’t actually see a ticket form (there is a $0.01 call to action box, but that is the event cost with special formatting applied by your theme rather than a button to buy tickets).
Could you take a screenshot of your ticket settings (from within the event editor) and share, by private reply if you prefer?

ParticipantHi. I can see the ticket form on the bottom of the event now suddenly..? but I tried to go through and buy it but ended up with that paypal error attached.. any ideas?

I can’t replicate the same PayPal error, though. While I didn’t complete the transaction I was successfully able to login to PayPal and select a payment method (this was true whether I used the PayPal button on the cart page or if I completed the checkout page and went to PayPal from there).
When did this error show up – was it after you selected a payment method, or did you not even get that far? As you are using WooCommerce to sell the tickets, can you confirm if you experience the same thing if you create a ‘regular’ product, unrelated to ticketing, and try to purchase that?

ParticipantThis error is happening after entering the billing information on paypal. Then ‘processing’ spins on the screen , then the error screen comes up. Is this a problem with my paypal account then?

MemberI expect so, it sounds like the issue is kicking in past the point where we have any control over things. Are you able to raise a support ticket with PayPal?
