    Hi,

I’m happy to report that this is now working for me. Unfortunately there is a similar problem in the list view- when I click the next month it just reloads the same page, it doesn’t show the next dates. It works correctly on the map view but not on the list view. Should I make a separate bug report for this?

    Best,
    Karl

Ok thank you. It doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the option “use javascript to control date filtering” as I’ve tried it both on and off…

I’m having the same problem as you had Barry. Is this being worked on?

The update problem wasn’t because of anything I did, the update problem was because the importer for some reason always handles events without a start time or and end time as new posts in the importer. I’d say this is a bug, you should be able to update all-day events the same way you can the others when you don’t have start time/end time hours. The importer needs some work.

    Hi Cindy,

I just posted a reply with a manual hack I did to try and solve this. It seems to work for me but may break for you. But great if we can build some momentum to have Modern Tribe work on the importer, it’s obviously top top top priority for all users! I mean TOP! 🙂

Sure, I used to work full time as a front end dev so I am at an intermediate level. Rather new to the ins and outs of the wordpress universe though but I would be able to sort this, it would probably take a long time though and I think I can work around the reload.

More interested in getting this sorted or quick-fixed as it turned out to be a massive problem for the data I need to input: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/additional-fields-in-csv-import/

Thanks, so what approach would you recommend I take?

Something showing and hiding div:s? http://www.w3schools.com/jquery/jquery_hide_show.asp

Anything to point me in the right direction would be useful.

I ended up here now too, the importer really needs to have the ability to import the additional fields. I’m handling large amounts of data with data such as imageurl, age, tablebooking and event status and doing them all by hand will be a nightmare…

Is there a quick hack I could do to the TribeEventsImporter_Plugin.php or ecp-events-importer.php to solve this?
