ParticipantHello Christian Kramer,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The “Organizers” for our plugin are created and managed as a native WordPress Custom Post Types. That being the case, you can use the built-in WordPress export feature found at “Tools” > “Export” to export an XML file of all the organizers on your site.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh

ParticipantHello eventiintoscana,
Thanks for following up with us!
I’m glad this was able to help. You could potentially load a custom js file with your customization to that variable defined within your child theme. You could try using
<a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script" target="_blank">wp_enqueue_script</a>and list the tibe js file as a dependency. I’m not positive it will work but if it does it would allow you to update the plugin more freely in the future.Hopefully this will help to get you pointed in the right direction.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello barbaralerici,

So WPML remains the issue after deactivating all other plugins except for the WPML plugin?
Unfortunately I don’t believe I’m fully understanding the second half of your comment. Are you asking about setting a custom filter preset when the WPML plugin is activated?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for adding the clarification on why we request the conflict testing procedures Rob!
om4,
Like Rob said, once you’ve gone through the testing for conflicts procedures and ruled out any possibility of a conflict, I will be more than happy to investigate the issue further on your staging environment.
Let me know if anything changes when going through the testing procedures.
Thanks!
Josh
