ParticipantI should also mention, the website is connected with cloudflare CDN, i don’t know if that effects it.

ParticipantI still haven’t received a response here.
looks like the events are importing from eventbrite
but when i try to add tickets to the event i still get an issue with saving.
when saved, the status for tickets “Register this event with eventbrite.com?” switches to “No”

ParticipantTried that, it didn’t work, could you take a look?

ParticipantSo your suggestion for intimidate success is:
1. to try a caching plugin like W3 https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
2. Make use of page caching (but we will not because content changes on the site constantly)
3. Use month view caching in the events calendar settings Events –> Settings –> Display called Enable the Month View Cache.
4. Change the number of events to show per page—this affects list-style views like List View, Photo View, etc.
or change the number of events to show per day in Month View.
5. Purge expired events here: You can enable this option on Events > Settings > General Settings
6. And if all else fails use transient manager plugin to suspend unneeded transient end points so the performance improves. So if we do this and it doesn’t help, are you saying you will not assist further?

ParticipantI ended up using a different shortcode ( the calendar shortcode ) on that page becuase the list was creating the error.
I did try the procedure you suggested and it appears that:
on venus theme, with that specific event category those issues are occuring. -
