ParticipantSorry for the anger in the original post and the delay in getting back to you. I will tell you what I can.
Licenses – I just checked my account here and my WP dashboard, all keys are correct but give the message “Sorry, this key is out of installs.”. Expiry on my account here is marked as July 2013.
Here is an htaccess file copy:

My hoster runs Apache 2.4.3 I would need to confirm further details.
Any help/advice appreciated.

ParticipantMy web hoster claims that the update messes up the .htaccess files. Any ideas??

ParticipantGuys,
I cant seem to lose this rogue thumbnail from appearing. Here are a couple of screen shots to show you. Each Events Calendar page now has this thumbnail appearing above the plugins intended content. Do you have any ideas what could be causing this please?Graeme
ParticipantI’ve now unchecked the time being displayed in the events widget but both times are still being displayed.
Graeme
ParticipantWould anyone be able to log in to take a look at this please? The site was due to go live in 48 hours 🙁
Graeme
ParticipantIts also deleted some of my event listings, and placing a thumbnail image above the calendar view now too.
Graeme
ParticipantThank you for the reply!
This has added the event Feature Image to the listing above the event information but I was looking more for a a neat little thumbnail, say at 100-200px left aligned next to the event text, rather than the full size image above. Any thoughts on how to do that?
Also, I have not been creating events folders in my theme files!? I have just been editing the list.php file as I find it. Assume thats ok too? Suppose its not great for back ups.
Graeme
ParticipantWorks a treat. Thank you!
Graeme
ParticipantThat’s a great response! Thanks very much I will check that out 🙂

ParticipantJust noticed as well that the dates showing in TEC from the events I pulled in from EB are not even correct :o/

ParticipantHi all,
I’m new to The Events Calendar and to Eventbrite. I am building a website for a busy live music venue and need to create numerous events for the same band through the year. I looked at The Events Calendar in detail before choosing it and believed I had a crafty workaround regarding recurring events.
I thought I could set the event up in Eventbrite and then import the events via the WP TEC control panel but I hit exactly the problem as described above, the fact that it imports the event once into WP and then attempts to update the one entry with the new dates coming down from future recurring events. So this is a massive disappointment.
I am now wondering, if I were to create all my events in Eventbrite and import them all, then return at a later date to add new events, would TEC then re-import all the previously imported events and create duplicates?
I really hope the recurring events feature is improved really soon. I now have to manually input 150 events 🙁
