Is it the case that we are forced to have an event end date with this plugin?

I am adding live music events that don’t really have a set end time yet the plugin throws up messages about end times being before start times etc if I leave the end date field blank.

If you do put an end time in, say 12.30am on the Sunday morning following an 11pm Saturday night start it then displays the event in both days on the calendar, which is confusing to the reader.

I just want to say my events start at 11pm and that’s it. Is that possible?

Hey Graeme. At this point, all events do need to have a set end date/time. However, regarding the problem you’ve noted…have you used the multi-day event cutoff option on the Settings page? We added that specifically for situations like live music events where it took place late into one evening, technically the next morning, but it wasn’t appropriate to show up on both days in grid view. If you set the multiday cutoff for 3 or 4 a.m., and set the event to go until 2:30, it’ll not show up on that second day.

That help? Let me know if not and I’ll adjust my response as needed. Cheers!
