I followed all your instructions: turned all plugins off, turned all plugins off and reverted to the 2011 theme. Still no success. How can I convert all the dates to UTC??

Since it worked for you, I wonder if it’ll work for you if you try it through our admin page.

We’ve identified the issue. The export of our events contained the value NULL for start and end time if none was set. However your import script only checks if time is not empty and therefor attempts to convert a date time with NULL in the value. This function fails and returns a date from 1970.

Can a developer confirm if either of these snippets will in fact enable our calendar to import the full event image, and not just a cropped version of it.

Hi Julie,

I feel as though I’ve seen other posts with this same issue and they found a work around. I know I’m certainly not the only one experiencing this issue, can you please help me identify a temp fix that’s been provided by one of your developers (maybe referencing git hub or the sort) or even another user?

Hi Julie,
Yes, Facebook Importer is up to date (version 3.3) so are Events Calendar Pro and Community Events.

Might it mean that these events were imported much much earlier?

If I have Events Calendar Pro, Community Events, & EventBrite Tickets (or) WooCommerce Tickets;
Will Community Organizers, upon submitting their events to the calendar, have the option to sell their event tickets from the calendar, just as I (the administrator) would?
