Hi Patricia,
thank you very much for your quick reply!
Well, indeed this option is not set to am/pm format. Since our site runs in Germany we use the 24h time format.
Because changing this would affect other plugins and views I instead would suggest that Events Ticket Plus should respect the chosen format.
This would be a much better user experience and would also prevent errors like setting false values like 1970-01-01 in the future.Maybe you could consider this approach for a future release.
For now my issue is resolved but I would love to see this fixed in an update.Thank you very much!

FlorianFlorianParticipantThanks a lot! That solves my problem for now.
FlorianParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for your help!
Unfortunately I could not really get it to work the way you suggested…
But for now I am able to get things working properly by saving the event multiple times between changes on tickets.I also had the issue that the type of a ticket could not be changed after the initial save. When I create a RSVP type of ticket there was no way than deleting this ticket and creating a new one in order to convert it to the WooCommerce type. Is this also related to WPML?

FlorianFlorianParticipantHi Geoff,
I did like you suggested and switched to the Twenty Seventeen Theme. But the problem is still there.
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot!

FlorianFlorianParticipantJust a short update on this issue.
The problem comes back and goes away again from time to time.
Looks like in the morning geocoding is working but in the afternoon it fails… Not really sure if that is actually the case – at least it feels like so.
But still I am not seeing any API limits be reached.Any updates on that?
FlorianParticipantHi Victor!
Thanks for your help!
I did like you suggested. I activated the Twenty Sixteen Theme and had only Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO active.
But the same error occurs. And there were no errors or warning in the console.
So I deleted the API key and created a whole new one. And it started working!
I have no idea what was wrong with the other one. Maps were working fine and I saw successfully incoming requests on that key…
Thanks for your help! I guess that was some really strange problem.

FlorianFlorianParticipantHi Victor,
Thank you very much for your help!
Geocoding fails on creating and updating venues. It also fails when trying to fix geolocation data from settings (see screenshots attached).
Location search is working when manually adding latitude and longitude to venues. Then events/ venues are found without a problem.
Thanks!
