ParticipantHi Sky,
my client set up end of the sale of the tickets always 2 hours before the begining of the event, so that is not the problem either.
In the past, the time was 0:06 (at night) on the day of the event, and the button was missing already. Even though the end of the sale was set to 5pm and the event started at 7pm.
Just to be clear, the problem is that the button Buy tickets on the events list page is missing. You can still buy tickets when you go to the event’s details page.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Sky,
- WP Timezone: Bratislava
“Svetový čas (UTC) je 10. februára 2018, 4:36:45. Lokálny čas je 10. februára 2018, 5:36:45.”
First time is World time, the second time is local time, and the local time is correct.- Server timezone:
Europe/Bratislava
- Timezone handling of TEC:
Use the sitewide timezone everywhere
Show timezone: NOT checked- Timezone setting of the specific event:
See attachment.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Sky,
there was an event happening yesterday on our website, but the Buy tickets button was still missing. Do you have any idea why its still not working?
Thank you.

ParticipantHi Sky,
there was no update button, but I changed the setting from “Use local time zones for each event” to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere”. Now, we just have to wait for the day of the first event coming. I will update you afterwards.
Thanks for now.

ParticipantHi Sky,
thanks for your reply. What do you mean by “correct setting”? The time is set to “Bratislava”, which is the correct time zone for Slovakia.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi once again,
I have also tried disabling the WooCommerce setting to hold the stock for X minutes, which a few people online suggested, but that did not help either. The ticket stock still gets reduced after failed payment.
I will send you the debug log in another, private reply.
Thx.

ParticipantHey Victor,
the skript mentioned above didnt work.
But we have also noticed another issue. When someone goes to order some tickets but their payment fails, they can still download the pdf tickets from the event’s page. Why is it? They should not have access to the tickets unless they paid for them successfully.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Victor,
thanks for your reply.
I have found a skript online which should automaticaly increase the stock after an order has been marked cancelled, so let me try that first. If that fails, I will do what you suggested.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks.

PS: I am sending you a screenshot for another event, since the previous one has past already.

ParticipantHi Andras,
thank you for your help! I will be waiting for your next message.

ParticipantIt seems that even your forum does NOT support latin-extended characters, since I wrote in my post as examples a few of them, but they got changed to basic latin characters. Don’t you use UTF-8 encoding?

Thanks.
December 20, 2017 at 1:17 am in reply to: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. #1409505evolutionstartup
ParticipantHi Jaime,
I have read that page many times and set up the API Keys, as I stated in my first post. If the API key didn’t work, the error message would state: “No API keys found”, not: “There are 2 Google Maps API’s on the same page”.
I have followed the tutorial you linked to once again, but it did not help.
Thank you
