I’m failing to grasp how that helps me.

I need to, in a group ticket purchase (one group leader purchases tickets for everyone), be able to edit the ticket to reflect the non-attendance of any number of users that they signed up. In this case, Phylis Halvorsen, for example.

I have tried to edit the Tribe Tickets Meta field using Smart Manager, but this didn’t remove the attendee, and when I export the data from the Orders section, this attendee still shows up.

Further, I cannot find the attendee when I search for them, so I am not sure how I would edit them, even if I can refund their portion of the group sign-up to reflect the fact that they are not attending now.

I can find the order (see attachment) #1435, but how do I, in the context of that order, reflect the changes upstream in the event attendees list?

Why don’t the individual attendees show up when I search for them?

So, I can do that even if the users logging in is not required by my system?

As a follow up to that, what is the best way to approach situations where you need to add an RSVP after the fact?

I feel like I should add the RSVP to the tickets, but then I would only capture those who will buy tickets now, and I’m not sure how to make an RSVP that links across two tickets and perhaps a third, because I need to basically put in an RSVP on the home page related to both of the new items I am trying to estimate attendance for.

So, I’m a bit confused as to how to manage that.

Oh, I understood that I HAD to create a ticket and ONLY inside that ticket could I then ask for that information.

    THanks,

    Hi Regis!

Thanks, for reaching out to us. I’d be happy to help you with this topic.

Just to make sure I understand exactly the situation you are having, could you please let me know if you are using Tribe Commerce to sell tickets with PayPal? Or are you using WooCommerce to sell all your tickets?

Also, It would also be helpful to have a screenshot of the ticket editor settings for the event you mention and a the event link so we can have as reference.

Please let me know about that so I can further help with this.

    Thanks,
    Victor
