I was able to fix this issue by downgrading to the previous version of the plugin. I wa able to search the database for the security code and pull the missing data but the previous events will not pull the data. The new ones since the downgrade are working perfectly. I had this happen on 2 sites I host on WPENGINE.

Im having the same issue and my developers are not able to solve this issue either we are hosted on WP Engine.

So switching to 2016 works but my theme it still does not ask the questions. Im not seeing any errors in the javascript console and the API issue has since been fixed. Stumped.

Yes, I reverted back to the original themes and shut all plugins not needed for the calendar off and still could not get the questions to pop up.
