When I select request information for each attendee and post the event, once a customer chooses to buy a ticket it never pops up.

ModeratorHello,
Welcome to our premium support forums 🙂
I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WP theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?
Let me know and we’ll continue investigating. Have a great afternoon!

ParticipantYes, I reverted back to the original themes and shut all plugins not needed for the calendar off and still could not get the questions to pop up.

ModeratorDale,
When I open my ‘Inspect’ console by right-clicking my mouse, I get a message about needing to set up your Google Maps API key once I click the (+) icon to add a ticket. I’m not sure if these two issues are related, but can you please review the linked article above and retest the issue as explained in our Testing for conflicts guide to see if the issue still occurs?
Let me know how things go and we’ll take the next step. Cheers!

ParticipantSo switching to 2016 works but my theme it still does not ask the questions. Im not seeing any errors in the javascript console and the API issue has since been fixed. Stumped.

ModeratorHey Dale,
Unfortunately, theme conflicts extend beyond what we’re able to cover here on the support forums. (See What support is provided for license holders?)
If it gets beyond your level of expertise, please review our list of customizers as I’m sure you’ll be able to find a developer to assist with the conflicts.
I truly apologize we can’t do more here and wish you the best of luck. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
