Thanks for reporting this problem, we have another ticket already opened with this problem. We are sending this to the development team to investigate the problem and have a solution as soon as possible the correct version number is 4.4.20.1, and you should be able to download the correct version from your account while this issue is being resolved.

Estuve revisando tu sitio al parecer el problema es debido a un bug que se introdujo en la version 4.4.20 pero esto fué solucionado el día de hoy y una nueva versión ha sido agregada 4.4.20.1, la actualizadión la puedes realizar directamente desde tu panel de administración de WordPress o bien directamente desde este sitio descargando la ultima versión del plugin en tu cuenta.

Espero esto pueda solucionar tu problema, si tienes algún problema adicional no dudes en ponerte en contacto de nuevo, estaré esperando tu respuesta después de actualizar tu plugin a la nueva versión.

Answering your question about, where to place the code? in your current active theme there should be a file called functions.php, you can place your snippets there, after that make sure to save the changes and you should be all set.

Important: Make sure to create a backup of your original functions.php in case you want to roll back at some point, you should be able to edit the file directly into your WordPress dashboard by going at: Administration > Appearance > Editor, ideally you should be doing this in a staging / local environment instead of a production environment to prevent any issue with your live site, we have a great article about the staging environment it might be helpful for you as well.

About the second one I’m not quite sure, so I need to ask to the current development team about it but you can always send us your ideas at this location where other users as well can collaborate by voting the ones that might be more useful for them, please feel free to do so.

The latest version available is 4.4.20.1 as it fixes a ordering problem we still don’t have a 4.4.21 version, so you should be all set.

There was an issue on the ordering of events on the last version 4.4.20 , however a new version with the fix that correct this problem was released today, you should be able to get the latest update of the plugin direct from your WordPress admin panel.
