Margaret RodgersParticipantThanks heaps. That’s exactly what I was looking for.
Cheers!

Is there a way I can pin an event to the top of a calendar list?
Margaret RodgersParticipantThanks so much. That did it.
Margaret RodgersParticipantG’day Josh,
We imported the event again once the tickets were made live and the issue has not repeated. Happy to leave it there, but still no idea what the issue was.Cheers

Margaret RodgersParticipantG’day Josh,
I am trying a couple of work around at the moment – either copying the event, adding paid tickets and re-importing it or starting from scratch. I’ll let you know which works. I’d like to keep this open for now if that’s cool?
Cheers
Hugh
Margaret RodgersParticipantThanks Josh.
The very first time I made them free, then I deleted them and made new donation tickets and then I deleted those and made new ones that had a fee.
Cheers.
Margaret RodgersParticipantThanks for getting back to me Josh.
The issue is not with the ticket description, but the text in the heading.
Here’s the event page in full screen
and here’s the same event in mobile view
I recreated the tickets for this event and made them paid tickets instead of free/donation.
I have hidden the tickets in Eventbrite by selecting the option ‘Hide this ticket type’ under ticket setting (edit -> create tickets) and I have deselected the option ‘Display Tickets on Eventpage’ within TheTribe Calendar event page on our website. This is because we have not yet set the price and this event page is, for the time being, a date claimer which we will update as we confirm more details.
For a bit of background, the reason we turn off the ‘display tickets on eventpage’ option is because we have been advised it is not accessible to people using screen readers.
Just to clarify, here’s the event page on our website (I think the issue was I imported the event again and forgot to update the URL)
http://cru.org.au/event/cru-conference-claiming-a-positive-future-the-power-of-possibility/And here’s the link to the Eventbrite event
https://power-of-possibilities.eventbrite.com.auThanks again for your help.

Margaret RodgersParticipantThis is the event:
https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/taking-charge-of-change-carindale-tickets-16870345658I don’t understand which link you would like tho? The one from the back end of our website?
Margaret RodgersParticipantIt’s not working for me either. We’ve been using the tribe plugin for a while and it’s worked well. I’ve triple checked the settings as per the new user primer and it’s still not working.
