Event not appearing in Calendar

    We have tried importing two events from Eventbrite to our website (cru.org.au) using the standard workflow that has worked for the previous 150+ events.

    For some reason, with these two events, the data copies from Eventbrite and the event is live, but neither appear in the calendar.

    Here is the second event: http://cru.org.au/event/gold-coast-real-stories-of-the-ndis-new-opportunities-for-a-good-life/

    Both events can be accessed through the URL and function as we want them to – the only issue is them not appearing in our events calendar.

    I’ve deleted both events and reinstalled, as well as looked at similar issues other people have had on your forums but nothing seems to be fix this issue.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    I’ve just accessed your calendar in month and list view and I can see both events (“Brisbane – Real Stories of the NDIS” and “Gold Coast (10/13) – Real Stories of the NDIS” (10/14)) there.

    Can you please Clear/Purge your site’s cache (and your browser cache as well) and check if everything works as expected after that?
