Unfortunately, filtering events by Author is not currently supported in the filterbar addon, so changing the URL won’t actually filter anything. Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction. Good luck!-Casey-

After logging into your site and taking a quick look around, I realized that you had some malformed HTML in your ‘Add HTML before content’ field (screenshot). You wouldn’t have noticed this code unless you switched over to the ‘Text’ tab of the editor. After removing that code, the filterbar is now displaying correctly for mobile devices on your site again (screenshot).Please review and confirm that the issue is now resolved on your end as well. Thanks! π

I’m seeing something in your page source that’s injecting some custom styles. Something called ‘stylesplugin.com’. Are you 100% sure that all other plugins have been deactivated, and no other code customizations have been made to this theme? I’m seeing the issue on your site, but am unable to replicate this particular issue in my own testing environment while running the 2013 theme.If you could double-check that for me, then I can continue investigating if the issue persists. Thanks! π

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you’re having trouble here, but hopefully I can help. I noticed that you’re running the 2011 theme, which is quite old and not officially supported by our plugins. Would you mind temporarily switching over to the 2012 theme (or 2013 or 2014) and see if things display better with one of those themes?Thanks! π

Thanks for getting in touch! To my knowledge, there isn’t a global filter that will replace all day numbers like this. You’ll need to tackle this on a ‘per view’ basis. A couple of filters that might help are:- ‘tribe_events_get_current_month_day’ – for returning the day number in month view
- ‘tribe_event_format_date’ – Global utility function that formats date strings
A couple of other good places to look are our themer’s guide and our developer docs.
Hopefully that points you in the right direction as you start in on this customization. Thanks and good luck! π

If not, I would suggest clearing your browser cache (and cookies) and attempting again. We use Stripe to securely process all credit card transactions, so it’s possible that there was a temporary issue with their API, which might have been causing the issue.Just let me know if you still assistance here, and we’ll do our best to get this figured out! Thanks for getting in touch! Let me address your questions one at a time here:1) Can I create events, single or recurrents in various venue?
Yes, there is a one (venue) to many (events) relationship, so you can create many different events and assign them to the same Venue.
2) Can I create profiles of artists like venue and organizer from which you can also see their upcoming gigs?
Yes! As of version 3.7, we have a way to rename the ‘Venue’ and ‘Organizer’ labels to be whatever you’d like (ex: Organizer->Band). See Item #3 in this article for more specifics.
3) Can I mark with a specific colour a custom category or attribute?
Yes! Using the third-party events calendar category colors plugin, you can easily do this.
4) Every add-on I need costs 65$ each?
Our add-ons are priced individually, but we have different types of licenses that allow you to use purchased add-ons for multiple sites.
5) Can I mark an event as featured event?
Not exactly sure I understand specifically what you’re wanting to do, but one option would be to use our built-in Countdown widget (screenshot).
6) How works the permalinks? I need it look like this.. (EX1. Event1 = http://www.mywebsite.com/events/city/event1 -or- EX2. VenueX = http://www.mywebsite.com/venue/city/venueX -or- EX3. Artist# = http://www.mywebsite.comt/artists/category/artist#)
Take a look at our demo site to see an example of the permalink structure. If you customize the Venue or Organizer labels (using the guidance in answer #2), the permalinks will also be updated.
7) Can I import / export events, venue, artists, attendee via CSV?
Our CORE and PRO plugins support importing CSV files of events (see this sample CSV file for the format).
8) What are βMicroformatsβ?
Microformats help with SEO. Here’s a more in-depth explanation here: http://microformats.org/about
9) Where can I see some examples of the tree types of stylesheets? Are they customizable?
Install our free, CORE plugin and play around with it to get a feel for how the Tribe Events & Full Styles look with your site. You can definitely customize things, and our themer’s guide can give you more information about how to do this.
10) Itβs possible to have a list of attendee and give to user the possibility of register to an event without buying ticket but giving them a registration code?!
If you used our WooTickets add-on, you can set up FREE tickets to events (or use a special coupon code for a 100% discount) and still allow users to ‘checkout’ and register for the event.

I’m also seeing some other Javascript errors on your site, which might be the result of a theme or plugin conflict (screenshot).Could you try testing for conflicts and let me know what you discover? I suspect that this might be an issue related to your theme or a plugin conflict, but want to confirm before troubleshooting further.
