Now I see that I can access the file manager through IPower so my question was dumb. I’ve run into some snags there, which I will contact IPower for, unless I decide to leave it the way it is. Thank you!

Thank you so much, George! It worked like a charm! Thanks to you, my calendar is now a masterpiece! That was the last tweak. I decided to stay with white. White is perfect, making it really easy to see.

Yes, the scroll bar has been working fine all along. The only issue was that I was unable to see it, at first, and others were also unable to.
    Thank you again!

Also, this is my final tweaking on the calendar and I’m finished. This is an awesome calendar and you all did a fantastic job of creating it!

It’s a very minimal problem, really. The calendar is awesome, over all. Just this one thing, I’d like to try and fix, with a little bit of CSS, if possible. Thank you for your help!

I just tried this on a 14 year-old student of mine who is a computer wiz and he wasn’t able to see the scroll bar, either. There’s got to be an awful lot of people who are unable to spot this thing.

Oh my gosh, I see the scroll bar now. That thing is about a micrometer wide and the same color as the background. The only way I happened to notice it was that I happened to see the slight disappearance of the thin, white lines that make up the grid to the far right.

I tried using the browser inspector tool to change the color of the scroll bar to something you can see but was unable to find it. Can you provide the CSS for that, by chance? Or maybe even change the dimensions of it as well? Just changing the color would be fine, I think.

Not being able to view the full scope of the 7 to 9PM event is what alerted me to the problem. I then scheduled a 10 to 11PM event and was unable to view that at all. I didn’t leave the event up there. Had I done so, possibly my issue might have been made even a little clearer.

Hi George, thank you for the compliment on my playing!

I’m definitely unable to scroll on my desktop. I tried everything. Is there supposed to be a scrollbar over to the right? I’m using Internet explorer. When I get home, I will try it in Google Chrome.

My current calendar doesn’t exemplify the problem completely, since I can still see that 7 to 9PM event. I can see when it starts, anyway. I can’t scroll down to the 9 PM row, so I’m not able to view the full scope of the event. Please advise. I’ll be at home within the hour to try it on Google chrome, as well.

OK Brian, I got it. A brilliant guy named Drake at my theme’s forum gave me the answer. I’m posting, in case you guys find his answer interesting or useful in any way:

    ANSWER:
“Your plugin add it’s own classes which overwrite the classes of theme, that’s the reason for not having effect Additional Options for Suffusion. These pages are autogenerated pages which follow only the settings for Default Sidebar Layout.

Also, by CSS you can format only elements or child of these elements, not ancestor or siblings of them. This is the reason for not having effect the Colin’s code. It try to format #header element which is not related to .post-0, only they are both elements on the same page, at the same level – siblings.
I.e. you cannot say “format the header of this page just because it contain somewhere a post-0 element”. Instead, follow the advice of your plugin author and use .events-archive and .events-single which are classes of <body> element for which both #header and .post-0 are child elements. So, the job is done by replacing Colin’s code with:
    CODE:
    .events-archive #header {display:none;}
.events-single #header {display:none;} /* use this line only if you want to hide the header on single event pages */”

Thank you for your help as well. I’ve just about got my calendar exactly the way I want it.

I was able to figure this out, I got it Assuming it was something to do with my theme, I copied and pasted the code, with changes, from my browser inspector tool to my Custom Includes in the back end of my site.

There’s still one area where I was unable to change the colors but I will address that in a new topic.

Also, I might have been wrong to say that I’d changed the name of the page from “Events” to “Calendar.” One of the tutorials had indicated that the URL slug would be: “…../events” unless the user changes it which led me to this assumption but now I’m thinking that this is a change that Modern Tribe must have made. (Not that this matters a whole lot.)

Realizing that it’s Thanksgiving vacation, I’ll be looking forward to a response sometime on Monday. Thank you!
