    Hi Jaime,

That’s unfortunate as there’s so many…! No problem. Thank you. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Jaime,

I think because we thought it would be easier to upload what we had but amended slightly to suit the system online we did it that way.

I also think capacity was something we wanted to come back to, and add in afterwards. We definitely used the templates in the first instance!

Either way, there’s not a lot that can be done with the current events, is there? I can’t understand how the CSV importing would have thrown it out of sync like this…!

    Hi Jaime,

No worries. So I have changed all instances of โ€˜TribeEventsPro()โ€™ to โ€˜Tribe__Events__Pro__Main()โ€™ which has had no effect unfortunately…

Oh! So the manually added RSVP courses do not have an error even with deleted delegates, I didn’t even notice that!

So then the problem is with all of the imported courses. The process of these is fairly straight forward; we would create a CSV file with all of the courses and their number of spaces, then import via the CSV upload. We would then block out a few hours to go through each course to make sure their descriptions were put in and accurate, we would check the dates start and end times (because sometimes these would change during import), availability and check when tickets were to go on sale.

Please find screenshots of another course as requested. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hello Jaime!

    I’m so sorry I’m back… ๐Ÿ™

It’s happening to almost all of them. Front end may say there are 15 spaces but it’s actually fully booked on one event, front end may say there are 8 spaces but there are only 2 out of 12 spaces, front end may say there are 2 spaces and there actually are 2 out of 12.

There is literally no consistency to this error haha.

Screenshots show the numbers displayed on the two front end pages and the two and back end sections of just one event. Sorry, I couldn’t screenshot much more!

    Yes there was this:
[19-Jul-2018 13:40:22 UTC] PHP Notice: /customers/2/0/f/hcpa.info/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/deprecated/TribeEventsPro.php is deprecated since version 3.10! Use Tribe__Events__Pro__Main instead. in /customers/2/0/f/hcpa.info/httpd.www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3981

I’m honestly not sure what to do with deprecated files like this. Am I supposed to delete the old one?

Okay… Thank you for the guidance and all of your help!

What would likely happen to the attendees already booked onto these courses?

Would I need to mark the current event as hidden from listings, and create a duplicate of this course open to the remaining amount of spaces per event? That seems like the only way to get this working to me…

Sorry clicked on the link you sent which explains moving attendees from one ticket to another. I will give it a go and hopefully this resolves my issues. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Jaime,

Okay so I have updated all of the plugins, created a test, added a few attendees and deleted them. All is exactly as expected and it works perfectly so that’s great news! Thank you!

However, there are many past courses with this error which haven’t seemed to have been corrected. I really don’t want to recreate these as there are already many bookings on them and there are far too many courses with this error to go through and remake… ๐Ÿ™

    Hi Jaime,

Sorry for not replying sooner, thought I already had!

So the issue is, with the attendees that have said they are going, there is literally no way to change that to say ‘not going’ on the backend, and users don’t have log ins so can’t do it themselves either.

Definitely does seem to be when an attendee is ‘deleted’… ๐Ÿ™

    Hi Jaime,

    No worries.

I haven’t allowed people to mark themselves as ‘not going’ on an event, as we need to go through our own process hence the ‘deleting’ of each cancellation we receive…

I wonder if I would still have this problem if admin were able to control someones ‘going’ and ‘not going’ status?

    Hi Jaime,

Unfortunately I am not able to edit the custom fields on these, as they are RSVP and not under the WooCommerce Products listing…

    Hi Jaime,

No, the update didn’t resolve it unfortunately… ๐Ÿ™

I can see that these updates have affected and updated ALL of the files to the plugins, so there’s not even a chance a folder with custom code wouldn’t have been replaced with the new files, right?

It probably doesn’t help, but I’ve noticed the error has gone down a slightly different path now.

    Please see the attached image
    Re-Upload of Image

There are supposed to be 12 tickets in total but it’s saying 0 remaining.
There are 9 RSVP’s, and 5 deleted so SHOULD say 3 remaining (We know this as the original problem).
If the error was to say 14 in total, that would make a bit of sense, and putting the ticket total up to 15 to get 1 remaining would again, make sense. However, putting it up to 19 says 1 remaining instead.

    Hi Jaime,

Thanks. I can confirm that the Divi theme is disabled, and Twenty Seventeen becomes the default theme when using the Health Checker plugin.

So I had enabled only ‘The Events Calendar’ and ‘Event Tickets’ and was receiving the error, and in order to enable only ‘Event Tickets Plus’ and ‘Events Calendar PRO’ I have to have ‘Event Tickets’ enabled, which causes the error…

I have also renamed my child theme’s root file to disable it and any custom changes I may have made to the ‘Event Tickets’ plugin and the problem still exists.

What are the chances that I have made a change to ‘Event Ticket’s root file, which hasn’t been positively affected by an update? I don’t know why I would have done that, but I may have by mistake… I will have to try and re-install this plugin – Will I lose anything whatsoever by doing this? I don’t want to lose the courses, bookings, tickets or functionality behind it!
