ParticipantUpdate – I have discovered that if I edit the ticket in Woocommerce I can get the prices to reset correctly. I think the issue is that if you have ever had a sale price and then delete the dates for that sale from the Woocommerce Product, then the new ticket prices do not flush through. If you add an end date (I just added yesterday) then the field seems to register the price change and display it correctly on the front end.

ParticipantThanks – I thought that might be the case. I’ll figure out something.

ParticipantGeoff, thank you.
I guess this will disable it on all events? But I want to selectively disable the event details metabox and the add-to-cart/ticket box just for one or two of my events – hence why I asked if there might be a shortcode for that?
To clarify further, I am trying to add a pricing grid to an event and the two boxes I want to remove are redundant when I do this – see the grey and orange sections at the end of the example here under the new pricing grid…

ParticipantHi
Thank you.
Not sure if there is a misunderstanding – I want to hide the two boxes that show at the end of the event page on the front end, not in the editor screen?

ParticipantHi
Thank you.
Here is an example of a live event on our real site
http://www.symposium-events.co.uk/event/mediation-skills-training-mst06/
Header and widths appear different to the dev site equivalent:

ParticipantHi
If I change from Full Width to the Default Events Template the content does now appear – although it does not look quite right. Does that help narrow the issue down?

ParticipantThanks for coming back to me.
Sadly that seems to stop the pages loading altogether.
The homepage on my dev site loads fine
http://dev.symposium-events.co.uk/
but not events such as

ParticipantSeems all fine on the other sites as well. Thank you.
Paul Gray
ParticipantLooks fine to me. I’ll add the plugin to the other sites and let you know if I spot anything. Thank you.

ParticipantSure no problem – will set something up. It you break the dev site that’s no problem – it’s what it’s there for!

ParticipantCould all the 404’s on the dev site be because you asked me to turn off all the other plugins – which means most of the site is not working? Or maybe because we only copied over some of the main site when we set this up.
I’ll sort the data out but it may be tomorrow as we are long past the end of the office day here.
Thanks for the help so far. Watch this space…

ParticipantOkay so on the test site at dev.symposium-events.co.uk – I changed the theme to the TwentyFifteen theme and deactivated all plugins except:
– Woocommerce Version 2.3.13
– The Events Calendar Version 3.11
– The Events Calendar Pro Version 3.11
– The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets Version 3.11Still have the same problem. Orders list by Status. Clicking date does not reorder.
Would you like me to give you access to this site?
Paul

ParticipantYup will do. I’ll update you when done.
