ParticipantSorry – no. Let me be clear. We are not using Tickets on the HRreview site – just the free version of the Calendar. We are using Tickets and the Pro Version of the Calendar on the Symposium site. We don’t sell event places on the HRreview site but we have used the Calendar RSS feed for some newsletters and previously used the widget to list event dates – we then forwarded clicks to the Symposium site. So all the paid versions are on the Symposium site.

ParticipantPS – I reported the issue from the http://www.HRreview.co.uk site because the problem is the same – but because we are not actively using the plugins I could test the issue there without interfering with our main business site. When you asked me to retest, I took a chance and deactivated 3.11 on the main (Symposium) site – but that can cause issues with customers not being able to access events and is not ideal. The Symposium site is the one with the licence attached. The HRreview site just runs the free version. I don’t think we are in breach of any terms although perhaps I could have filed the support request more clearly from the licensed site.

ParticipantHi
We use the Calendar pro version on Symposium plus the Tickets plugin. We have the free version of Calendar running on the HRreview site. We did have the Pro version briefly installed on there at one time, but don’t use it now. I think it’s deactivated rather than deleted.
The issue is on both sites and applies to the pro and free versions.

ParticipantAnd have just done the same test on my http://www.symposium-events.co.uk site with the same results. Both are hosted on Pagely but have different themes.

ParticipantYup, just checked this again on my http://www.hrreview.co.uk site. When The Events Calendar 3.11 is active the Order’s list by Status and even clicking on the Date header does not change it. When I disable 3.11 the Orders revert to normal listing plus the date header will once again toggle the list as it should.

ParticipantGreat thanks. That will help.
Hopefully the bug will get fixed in due course.

ParticipantHi
Yes hiding it would be okay. I tried that myself and managed to get the amount not to show, but it still had the text “Cost” above so it looked odd!

ParticipantHi,
Just wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem. We’re experiencing a similar problem on our site where some, but not all, events show prices including discounts that have since expired.
thanks,

ParticipantI get similar long query errors that drastically slow the site and I am also hosted on WPengine.
