ParticipantIt’s a client of ours called the Birthing Inn. I don’t have access to their account.
So, no. Can you help me out please? I spent four hours yesterday looking for how to change the default number of items from a 0 to a 1 and it’s a pretty small request.

ParticipantYes, that link works. At the bottom of the list of all the issues in the forum, there is a new issues form.
While I was looking for my solution, I NEVER SAW THAT PAGE. Every single issue has a “New Discussion” button on it, but it only goes to the bottom form, which, on each individual issue, IS A REPLY FORM.

ParticipantI got the plugin fixed. The blue button on the top right that says “New Discussion” just scrolls down to the dialog box I’m typing this in now.
I haven’t been able to find any other button to use to create a new issue. As I posted earlier, a link or button to create a new issue should be located in the following places:
Link the words “go ahead and make a new topic” in the “Leave a reply” box.
Fix the “New Discussion” button so it actually leads to a new discussion.
Under “My Support Threads”, there should be a big blue button that allow us to start a new thread.

ParticipantA really cool place to put a link to a new topic would be the words “go ahead and make a new topic” in the “Leave a reply” box.
Also, fix the “New Discussion” button so it actually leads to a new discussion.
Also, under “My Support Threads”, you could put a big blue button that allow us to start a new thread. There are tons of places that functionality should be, but isn’t.

ParticipantYep, new discussion button just scrolls me back down here. There’s also no item in the menu to post a new issue, nothing in the footer, nothing in my profile – absolutely no visible way to post a new support issue whatsoever.

ParticipantI saw that new discussion button. Funny part is – it doesn’t work.
When I hit the new discussion button, it just takes me to the bottom of the page.
How about some help with the issue I actually posted?
I installed the event calendar, tweaked a few settings, and the calendar page disappeared. I can’t find it, I can’t recreate it, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both through the WP dashboard and by deleting the plugin files.

ParticipantI can’t see any way to make a new topic, and your support forums just lead me around and around in circles. It’s like you guys don’t really want us to ask you any questions.
I’m having a similar problem and would start a new topic if I could find a way to do so.

Please respond. Like I said, there’s no way for me to post a new topic, so I’m posting a reply to this one.

ParticipantActually, this is taking way too long to fix, and I’m chewing up all the hours on my project. Please process a refund. I’ll use something else.

ParticipantOK, looks like it’s the theme. It was working earlier, so we must have changed something, but I thought we’d been pretty careful not to change the theme itself – we have a child theme, but the calendar it’s working with the parent either. What now?
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantHere’s where the calendar is supposed to be: http://markcwagner.northernpacificdigital.com/calendar

ParticipantVerified slug, flushed permalinks, nothing. The only reason I bought Pro was to get support… we’ve been trying to figure out why this is happening for the better part of two days.
