ParticipantThe end date has also been set for every event to the same date as the start date, so now no events are being created. I don’t want to edit each one individually, but am starting to do that anyway. :-/

ParticipantYou can delete the post with the same title in Community Events. Not sure how that ended up over there.

ParticipantIt looks like it has something to do with the fact that I’m back dating events. Events are being created through today, but not into the future. I’m working from last month’s calendar, and I wanted the events to be listed starting in February.
Do you have a workaround to get the system synced up?
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantNever mind. Something must have been cached – it took a few minutes, but is now working.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantWe’ll also need to include the same information on the event’s main listing, for example, here: http://thebirthinginn.npdstaging.space/event/4th-trimester/
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

ParticipantActually, nope, we’ve got it. Maybe it was just a super old version of the plugin? On the old site it was working, but the file referred to in your documentation was simply non-existent in the site structure.
Very weird.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantNot that I’m aware of, but I’ve delegated the work now that we think we have the answer. I will pass this thread to Xeno, who is working on the problem for us.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantNope, that’s not the reason. I did a full text search within our site with Visual Studio and the file isn’t there.
We have, since, created a brand new site and installed everything from scratch, and the tickets.php file is there.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantI wasn’t getting notifications, so the thread was closed without a resolution to the issue.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantI don’t see any way to upload a screenshot.
I have no wootickets directory. I searched my entire site structure for tickets.php. I don’t have one.
Licenses
The license key you received when completing your purchase from http://tri.be/ will grant you access to support and updates until it expires. You do not need to enter the key below for the plugins to work, but you will need to enter it to get automatic updates. Find your license keys at http://tri.be/license-keys/.
Each paid add-on has its own unique license key. Simply paste the key into its appropriate field on below, and give it a moment to validate. You know you’re set when a green expiration date appears alongside a “valid” message.
If you’re seeing a red message telling you that your key isn’t valid or is out of installs, visit http://tri.be/license-keys/ to manage your installs or renew / upgrade your license.
Not seeing an update but expecting one? In WordPress, go to Dashboard > Updates and click “Check Again”.

ParticipantDid you read my original post? I HAVE NO TICKETS.PHP ON MY WEBSITE.
Andrew Bacon
ParticipantWe now have a license. Would you be willing to try to help me with my disproportionately time-consuming and frustrating issue now?
