    I don’t have an email in my inbox from Modern Tribe since April 6. I am checking this page

    and this page
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ daily to get my aggregator status updates.

    The above page was not updated from April 26-May 11. I have avoided asking for a refund for my aggregator product because I keep crossing my fingers something will happen.

    While I am aware the Facebook API thing is out of your control, I have paid for a product which is no longer usable to me. To appease your customers, I would suggest AN EMAIL or a REGULAR UPDATE OF SOME KIND, instead of having the same copy/paste message in response to every person that posts a new topic for help regarding this matter.

    “Facebook recently announced a range of changes (https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2018/04/restricting-data-access) to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on a number of our users.” etc etc etc

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to hear of your frustration with this issue.

    We have updated the event aggregator status page as we have received more information, which, has not been very much. We are still waiting for Facebook to decide how they will let people access the data.

    The email we did send out suggested keeping up with the issue on the Aggregator Status page, and the knowledgebase article. However, we simply don’t have any new information to offer yet.
