ParticipantI’m using Avada theme and the free version came with this theme.
I just upgraded to Events Calendar Pro but I can’t save in Basic Template Settings.
When I make changes in Basic Template Settings and save my changes nothing happens, and unable to view those changes.
I can’t tell the difference between the free version and the paid version
P.S. I ‘ve already provided my licensed key and saved it.
Please help

MemberGood evening Danny,
Thank you for your answer and for the system information.
I am not sure if you went through the article I suggested earlier, but it leads to a tutorial by Avada to make sure things are set up properly (which can prove to be helpful).
By the looks of it though, if that does not help to fix it, I believe you might be experiencing a conflict.
For one thing, it is very uncommon to be using 2 different caching plugins simultaneously.Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
