    Hi there,
I tried to add the event title next to the WooCommerce cart as you suggest it in the knowledgebase but that doesn’t work for any reason. Put it in the functions.php of my child theme where I usually have to add custom code.
And: Is there a way to do the same with the WooCommerce order confirmation mail?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Dario

Good evening Dario and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear that the knowledge base article did not work for you.
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

As for your second question, I actually addressed that with one of our other wonderful customers: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-add-event-title-into-tickets-email/

Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Dario,

Thank you for the system information.

I am afraid I have some not so good news for you.

Although we do support WPML for our Core the Events Calendar plugin and our Pro add-on, this support is currently not available for Events Tickets Plus and Events Tickets. I am fairly  confident that this is what the issue is.

In fact, you can test it out yourself by going through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

The relatively good news is that we are indeed working on gradually integrating all of our products with WPML. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned!

I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

On that topic, I am noticing that you are fully entitled to a refund if you want one since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to <u>follow the procedure described here</u>.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.
