    Hello,

    1. Previously the attendees were listed in order of most resent RSVP to least recent. With the latest update I have done the order is reversed. Is there a way to reverse the order of this list.

    2. When someone RSVPs I use custom fields to gather additional information. Is there a way to edit this in the dashboard if the attendee was enter their info wrong?

    Hi Sarah,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

    1. Previously the attendees were listed in order of most resent RSVP to least recent. With the latest update I have done the order is reversed. Is there a way to reverse the order of this list.

Are you referring to the way attendees appear on the Attendees Tab on the backend?  If so, there is unfortunately no way to change this out of the box.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

You can try using a third-party plugin, User Switching, and edit the information as that user.

Let me know if that helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Jamie,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Switching users still does not allow me to edit the additional information. See attached screen shot of what I need to be able to potentially edit. (First Name, Last Name, Status, Member Number)

As for the list order. It was out of the box before I did my latest update. The most recent RSVP would be on top of the list. Is this something that you can help me to revert back.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

Unfortunately in that case, there’s isn’t a way to edit that information.

You can also vote on this idea in our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

    https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/11641629-allow-manual-entry-of-attendee-information

As for the list order, the only way to have that functionality return would be to revert back to the version where you had that functionality.  Although this may lead to a loss of features/bug fixes since that version.

If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
