Benja
GuestGood afternoon:
I will briefly present my project and I would like to confirm that the The Events Calendar plugin and its addons are valid to carry out the project.
Thank you very much!!
In the project users can create an account to create their events, each on a specific date and with a price and a limit of tickets for sale.
From the web you can filter by type of event, date and city and buy tickets until they are over.
The price can be increased automatically by a percentage.
Payment will be made through Paypal or credit card.
Both the events and the users can be valued by the buyers.
Supports multilingual with wplmlanguage.

KeymasterHi Benja,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
In the project users can create an account to create their events, each on a specific date and with a price and a limit of tickets for sale.
Community Events will let users create events from the front-end of the site and does come with an option to require users to be logged in to create events. With Community Tickets, users can add tickets to the events they create, and they can set the price and quantity available for those tickets. *Note that Event Tickets Plus is required to sell tickets on your site, so you would need this in addition to Community Tickets.
From the web you can filter by type of event, date and city and buy tickets until they are over.
With our free plugin The Events Calendar, you can filter by date, search by keyword, and select different views (list, month, and day). If you would like more filtering options, such as the event type (or category) and city, Filter Bar can help you out with that.
Ticket sales will go up until the start of the event by default, but you can also specify a time for the sale to start and end if you would like. This article walks you through the process of creating a ticket and shows the options that are available. (Event Tickets Plus is the plugin that allows you to sell tickets on your site.)
The price can be increased automatically by a percentage.
I’m not quite sure what you are referring to here. Do you mean after a certain date for instance, the price will go up? This isn’t something that is available out of the box currently – you would need to go into the event and change the price manually. You may also be able to use a plugin like this one or this one if you’re using WooCommerce, since tickets will essentially be WooCommerce simple products (please note that I have not tested these out with our plugins).
if you are referring to something else, please let me know!
Payment will be made through Paypal or credit card.
Event Tickets Plus uses either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to handle the checkout process and all payment processing, but both of these free plugins do come with PayPal. WooCommerce does come with Stripe, which will let users pay with credit cards, and Easy Digital Downloads has an extension for Stripe.
Both the events and the users can be valued by the buyers.
Could you please clarify what you are referring to here?
Supports multilingual with wplmlanguage.
While our plugins do come with their own translation files, WPML support is included with The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and Filter Bar. Unfortunately our Community and ticketing plugins do not currently support WPML, but we are working on changing this in the future.
I would recommend taking a look at the following articles regarding translation:
Translating The Events Calendar
Changing the Language on Your Calendar
Translating the Premium Plugins
How to Override Plugin Language Files
I hope that helps with figuring out if our plugins will work for your project – if you’d like to test them out, feel free to do so! We offer full refunds within 30 days if you’re not satisfied with the products. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
