Annelies Hut
GuestHi,
I am volunteer for an organization that support elderly people in their daily needs and one of the things we provide are activities such as day trips, games, sports, meetings and open dinner tables. At the moment we use event manager, but it isn’t clear to the users (and also a problem for my colleges to to manage correctly), so I’d like to give you guys a try. But first I’d like if your plugin can fit my needs:
– is it possible to intrigante it smooth with the divi theme from Elegant themes
– is it possible to give categories a color marking? Thus a line or a border of something of the sort?
– is ticketing possible?
– does it work with gravity forms?
– Is it available in Dutch, or do I need to translate it myself and if so, do you want the file afterwards?
And last but not least. I’d like to have the activities of the day on the home page, so people can see what they can do that day, is that possible? Thanks in advance

MemberHi, Annelies. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I’ll try to answer all your questions. Let me know if I missed any.
- Divi works fine with our plugins. We even have https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-compatibility/
- For event colors, The Events Calendar Category Colors exists but is a third-party plugin, not endorsed or supported by us.
- For ticketing, we have Event Tickets, a free plugin that has a paid upgrade available.
- We do not integrate with Gravity Forms, but they offer an example that is possible: https://docs.gravityforms.com/gform_after_submission/#7-create-an-events-calendar-plugin-event — for front-end form submissions, we offer the paid Community Events (CE) add-on.
- We have many language translations available.
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or using the Say what? plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might be easier to setup and use to do the same thing as our provided code snippet
Depending on your needs, you could use our free The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins. If you need additional functionality, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
We also have a nonprofit program available, if that might apply to you: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/do-you-offer-discounts-for-nonprofit-organizations/
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
