    in the plugin there is pre-saved ‘Venues’ that allows an address to be shown (below the title /above the thumbnail) on the events page (see screenshot – Screen_Sh…_10_41_13.png)

    But when I save and update the event it doesn’t save and remains empty. It is only an intermittent problem and only affects some of the events. (the ones on the events page without an address – Screen_Sh…_11_32_41.png)

    The client wants to make sure every event (on this page http://www.prstatistics.com/courses/ )

    Would you mind sending over your System Information as a private reply? Once I’ve got that information, I’ll have a better idea on how to proceed.

    I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?

    If so, was WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG set to true on your wp-config.php during your testing? If so, were there any errors you noticed? If you did not have WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG set to true while testing, would you mind going over our Testing for conflicts guide once more? Make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are set to true before you begin resting. Please note what you find (if anything) and share it in your reply. Lastly, do one test with both TEC and PRO active, then once with just TEC active. Thanks and have a great rest of your day.

    Yes I have reverted back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than yours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide.

    WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG were set to true on your wp-config.php during your testing. I didn’t notice any issues.

    Thank you for sharing the System Information with me. I see you’re running outdated versions of both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Can you please update to the most recent versions, then retest as explained in the Testing for conflicts guide to again ensure a theme and/or plugin conflict is not the reason for the issue?

    This is a frustratingly slow process that involves lot of jumping through hoops.

    The plugin wont let me update because:
    “There is new version of Event Tickets Plus available but your license key is out of installs. Learn more or manage your licenses. A valid licence key is required for support and updates”

    I don’t have this installed on multiple sites as your site suggests. At one point it was installed on a duplicate of the site I had to make because I was having such problems getting your plugin to work. The licence key has been deleted from the copy of the site but its still not updating.

    I have paid for support why is it so difficult and slow to get any support for this?

    It sounds like you might need to update the Site URL for your license keys so you can update. More info can be found by reviewing the following resources:

    You might also want to update Manually. Let me know if updating the plugins has any effect on your issue. Don’t forget to review the Testing for conflicts guide after updating to rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict.

    So I have updated the plugin and it is still not working.

    Every time I save & update the venue in for example this event:

    it doesn’t save and doesn’t display the venue name and address on this page:

    Glad to see you were able to update. Does the behavior occur when both TEC and PRO are active? Can you try temporarily deactivating every plugin other than TEC and revert back to the default WordPress theme? I’ve located a bug which might be related to your issue, but I’ll know more once I have an answer from you.

    Issue occurs when both TEC and PRO are active. I have tested temporarily deactivating every plugin other than TEC and reverting back to the default WordPress theme and the plugin still wouldn’t save the venue…

    My client is getting really impatient – is there something you can do?

    Do you have a message displaying in the Events > Settings > General tab that says something similar to “You have 2 venues for which we don’t have geolocation data…”? If so, go ahead and hit the ‘Fix Venue Data‘ button and let me know if that makes a difference.

    I created a short screencast of my experience attempting to reproduce your issue. As you can see in the video, I’m not having any issues adding new/existing venues to new/existing events.

    Sorry again I can’t do more in this instance. It might be best you set up a fresh WordPress installation where you can fully troubleshoot the issue. Make sure you have only the default WordPress theme and The Events Calendar installed and activated on the test site.

    Did the flow of actions seen in my screencast reflect the steps you’ve been doing? If not, provide exact step-by-step instructions on how to precisely recreate the behavior and I’d be happy to test again.
