ParticipantHere’s the site: https://www.restoringorder.com/
I can add an RSVP ticket, BUT am not able to edit, neither can I add/edit any custom ticket fields.
All was working properly until I updated the events tickets today.
When I click to edit the area is just greyed out.
I can delete… but that’s it.

ModeratorHey Tim,
Sorry to hear you’re having troubles and welcome back. I attempted to reproduce the behavior described, but I’m able to successfully edit a ticket and it’s corresponding fieldsets. Can you confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and respond back with what you find out.
Thanks and have a great evening. Cheers!

ParticipantSorry for Jumping in on this thread, but I have the same problem. Just noticed it yesterday with one of the sites i am working on. Been reading through the forums and found a few posts which might fix the problem. Have not tested it, as still reading and trying to find the first post.
Ticket disappeared from event,Selecting 'Edit' grays everything out

ParticipantOk… I’ve duplicated the site on a staging arena and made these discoveries.
NOTE: running on WP Engine and WP Engine staging area.a) on the staging site running identical theme and plugins the ticket fields can be created, edited, custom fields added for RSVP
b) on the live site tickets can be created, but not edited, no custom fields available when creating.
c) the difference between the live and staging sites are SSL and cacheing systems.
To no effect I tried adding the SSL Insecure Content plugin.
I believe something in the SSL and cacheing may be interfering with how tickets pro and events calendar are functioning. Do you have any pointers on this?

ModeratorHello,
@dave, thank you for jumping in here. If you wouldn’t mind, please create a separate thread for your issue. It helps expedite the process for everyone involved. Thanks and I’ll keep an eye on the queue for your thread!
@Tim, did you revert back to the default WP theme and deactivate all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide? I’ll need a direct response to this question before we can proceed.
Thanks to the both of you for understanding and have a great weekend ahead. Cheers!

Participant@hunter the “Test if there is a conflict” process is only necessary when there is a conflict.
As stated above, there is NO conflict on the staging site where I duplicated the entire exact same site.Which tells me that our issue is not plugins, not themes, etc. There is no conflict on the staging environment. The conflict is on the live site where SSL and Cacheing come into play.
I am NOT able to run the testing process on the live site presently and thus need to test outside this environment.
Thoughts about the SSL and Cacheing?
Thanks for the time and help!!!

ModeratorHey Tim,
Welcome back and I hope you had a great weekend. I was asking if you were able to do the Testing for conflicts guide on your live site, so you’ve clarified that for me. Are you seeing any errors on your server’s error log? I’d add the following lines to your site’s wp-config.php file and go through the steps to reproduce the behavior, then note any errors you’re getting and please share them with me. Have a great Monday ahead. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
