Ticket disappeared from event,Selecting 'Edit' grays everything out

I have an event for which I have been selling tickets since July without issue. This week, one of my two ticket pricing levels (separate products) disappeared from the event page. It shows in the ticket list when you edit the event page, but you cannot edit it in ETP. When you hover over the name of either ticket on that page and click ‘Edit’ the whole section of that page grey out. You can edit the ticket in Woocommerce, but this does not reveal the sale dates or other such info that is only found on the event page. I was able to create a new ticket to replace the one that won’t show, but I can’t edit that one in ETP either. This seems to have happened since the update. It is repeatable and happens in both Firefox and Safari.

Welcome back and sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. Before we proceed, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?

Once we have the results, I’ll take that info and test the issue myself in addition to reviewing the logged bug reports. If there is a bug, we’ll find it and get it addressed in an upcoming maintenance release.
