Isabel
ParticipantHi,
I updated all my plugins shortly after the updates were released, and had a few troubles with the Events Calendar Pro update. At the moment I have to have it deactivated, because when I activate it, it doesn’t allow me to select any view other than the one I have by default (had to change to month view for that reason).
I tried to roll back my upgrade which worked for the Events Calendar Pro, but I couldn’t do it for the Events Calendar and because they work in tandem, I still couldn’t get it to work.
Is this a case of uninstalling and re-installing the PRO plugin? The only reason I haven’t done it is that I am worried it might break all the PRO features I am currently using and I will have to start from scratch.
I’ve uploaded some images to my drive, hopefully you can see them:
With the PRO plugin deactivated (see list of available views – apologies for weird language) https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3bIm8_OECY7Rk1STnVCeUZWSHM/view?usp=sharing
With the PRO plugin activated (no list of available views)

MemberHey Isabel,
Thanks for reporting this. We are aware of these issues with the update to version 4.1 and we are really sorry for the hassle this might cause. We are actively working to solve these issues. I’ve linked this thread to the bug report in our backlog, so you’ll get notified here when we have some update or fix for this.
For now you can downgrade the plugins to version 4.0.7. You’ll find the past versions for our premium plugins in the download section of your account in this site (https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/) and you’ll find the core plugin (The Events Calendar) past versions here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/.
Thanks for the patience while we work on this,
Best,

ParticipantDon’t want to be piling on but wanted you to be aware of the problems I am having after upgrading to 4.1 today.
(1) Search bar no longer brings up calendar when selecting “Events In” option
(2) Google calendars not displaying as before
(3) “View As” no longer provides list of formats for viewing calendar
(4) Cannot deactivate and delete without deleting all files (so cannot downgrade)Hope 4.1.1 comes out soon. Good calendar, just needs a little more testing before release of upgrades.
Thanks

ParticipantHey @Gary,
We just shipped version 4.1.0.1 of The Events Calendar a bit over an hour ago—if you see this update in your Dashboard, and try updating to it, is there any progress with your issues?
Thank you!
