ParticipantHi,
We have are using these plugins with latest version in our site:
— Event Tickets
— Event Ticket Plus
— Event Calendar Pro
— Event Calendar
— WoocommerceWe are experiencing the same issue again & again with ticket purchase. One customer booked an event through the site for 3rd August but got a confirmation email for August 10th. Also in Order, the ticket is booked for August 10th. There are 3 more customers contacted us who faced the same issue.
We earlier added tickets for this issue in the month of May and also one in last year.
As per this reply https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/customer-ticket-purchase-issue-confirmation-email-shows-wrong-date/#post-1548232, we fixed this meta key value for all events.
But still we are experiencing the same issue.
There are some other issues too with the plugins as I mentioned here https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/issue-with-tribe_events-shortcode/
These are happening since last year. Please suggest us the exact reason of the issue and how to fix these.
Thanks

MemberHi there
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WooCommerce & WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
You might find your plugin conflict quickly by using Plugin Detective https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Please share or reshare in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney,
Yes we have updated all the plugins and this is definitely not the issue. I have already pasted earlier ticket url and there I did all the steps and shared our system information.

KeymasterHello again rhapsody,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Sorry to hear you are still experiencing some troubles.
I would be grateful if you could share your system information here again, for 2 main reasons:
- Your system information probably has changed since the last time with plugin updates and changes of the settings
- It will save me time not having to jump between threads looking up your old system information
Thanks in advance!
One customer booked an event through the site for 3rd August but got a confirmation email for August 10th
Is this maybe a recurring event? Can you share with me some more details? URL to the event, screenshot of the order, screenshot of the attendee list, whatever else you think might be useful.
Also, if you could share with us detailed steps on how we can try to reproduce the issue would be helpful, including details on how the event / ticket is set up.
As a sidenote, I see you are using qTranslate. TEC doesn’t officially support it, which doesn’t mean it cannot work. However it would be great to know if the issues can be reproduced without qTranslate.
As for the shortcode issue, Jennifer is already handling that. A quick update, the fix is waiting to be tested. If it passes it will be released in the second half of August.
Cheers,

Of course, done 🙂
With regards to the core problem, I can’t seem to replicate the same thing – so it does seem like this is specific to your site.
I’ve created a clean WordPress installation running Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, WooCommerce, The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. I’ll share admin credentials below: I’m basically curious, can you replicate this problem there or identify any key differences between that installation and your own?
It could of course be that other plugins/your theme are in conflict and if nothing else, this might help to give us confidence that our own plugins are working as expected outside of your environment (or, indeed, you may be able to replicate in the test site and we’ll be better placed to debug further from there).

MemberAs a note, within the test site, we can use the Email Log option to see and inspect any emails that have been sent out to customers 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
