ParticipantWhether I try to import a Google Calendar URL or .ics file, it throws the same error:
Fatal error: Class 'iCalUTC_OFFSETproperty' not found in /home3/vstraus/public_html/cheesetrail.org/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-importer-ical/vendor/iCalcreator_3.0/iCalcreator/iCalPropertyFactory.class.php on line 336I followed the instructions for pulling a URL for a Google Calendar from here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/import-events-from-google-calendar/
Any ideas?

ParticipantHey Ian,
Would you mind sending me a link to the calendar that you’re trying to import so I can test with the file directly?
Thanks!

MemberGood evening Ian,
Sorry for the delay. I will be stepping in for Josh who is currently out of the office.
The good news is that I was able to import both ics files successfully, which means that we can also make it work for you. We just need to figure out why it is not currently.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Ian,
Thank you for clarifying and for providing the system information.
I do believe that if we can solve the issue for the single import we’ll be well on our way to solving the recurring import as well.
At this point, I see 2 potential types of causes for this (based on the fact that I was successful in the import):
- We might need to adjust your the Events Calendar timezone settings (I believe the one for WordPress is “Los Angeles”. Would you mind telling me what is your setting under Events -> Settings -> General ?
- You might be experiencing a conflict with another theme or plugin
Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
