Alas, at the time of writing we do not offer phone support.
With that in mind, I would be glad to help out in this forum.
Before we begin, I would recommend doing the 2 following things:- Making sure you have installed our free the Events Calendar plugin
- Making sure you have downloaded and installed our the Events Calendar Pro premium add-on
Once that is done.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
