    Hi there,

    We had a really nice set up where we were automatically importing events from a Google calendar but that stopped working and we can’t figure out why. Any ideas?

    Hi Max!

    It looks like your Event Aggregator license expired today. You can continue importing by renewing the license, which you can do from the License Keys page of your account. This article has some additional information on renewing your license.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Yes, but the Google calendar issue started in September. It’s actually why
    we’re considering not renewing so can you help me figure that out so that
    we can renew?

    Thanks for clarifying!

    I don’t see any current bug reports related to Google imports, so we would need to run through some troubleshooting steps to look into why the import stopped working. We are not able to provide technical support like this here in the Pre-Sales forum, so you would need to renew the license to be able to post over in our support forums. However, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you did give this a try and still have the same issues, we’ll be happy to issue you a refund 🙂
